We focus on the training of agents and dealers , aware of the added value that comes from having a trained, loyal and long-lasting sales network. In fact, our products are professional tools subjected to even the most intensive uses, so it is essential that the buying experience is satisfactory throughout the life cycle of the tool.
The training offer includes in-person appointments at Zanon headquarters and the program includes the presentation of new products and the illustration of the features and advantages in addition to a specific training part on the tools that make up the range offered to the reference market.
Following the training plans is a prerequisite for being part of the network of authorized support centers.
The products and technologies used are constantly evolving, which is why the training days involve not only those involved in maintenance and technical assistance but also sales personnel.
